A new community greenspace for the arts, education, and recreation will soon be established in Craftsbury Village on land donated to Wonder & Wisdom. The deteriorated house and workshop on the property are scheduled to be demolished April 18-22.

The Benefit Tent Sale takes place Saturday, April 16, on the front lawn of the property at 321 South Craftsbury Road. All reasonable offers will be accepted on a cash and carry basis. Materials for sale include doors, windows with casings, trim boards, partitions, fixtures, ceiling fans, and nearly new smoke detectors.

Volunteers, local businesses, foundations, and individual donors are providing support to raze the buildings and create the new community greenspace. To date, the project has secured $20,000 in grants and donations, with $6,000 left to raise to cover expected demolition expenses.

For more information on the project, contact Jim Flint, executive director of Wonder & Wisdom, at 802.533.9370 or jim@wonderwisdom.org.
