Art on Campus: Mary Azarian and Chip Troiano

Please join WonderArts in viewing and celebrating the beautiful artwork of Mary Azarian and Chip Troiano, on view at Sterling College in the Behrend Admission Center & Brown Library. Everyone is welcome.

Mary Azarian is an American woodcut artist who has illustrated over 50 children's books. She won the 1999 Caldecott Medal for U.S. picture book illustration and her illustrations are well-known and beloved around the world. Azarian lives in Plainfield, VT. Her work is on display in the Behrend Admissions Center until January 26.

Chip Troiano is a Vermont State Representative, representing the Caledonia-2 district, and a photographer. An avid world traveler, Troiano's photographs include imagery of New Zealand, Patagonia and Southeast Asia. He lives in Stannard, VT. Chip's work is on display in the Brown Library.
