Welcome!

Enrichment for All Ages

We are thrilled to announce that Wonder & Wisdom and The Art House have taken an important and exciting step in each organization's history and merged to become WonderArts. We believe that by coming together we are able to offer more diverse, expansive, and creative opportunities to the communities of Craftsbury, Greensboro, Hardwick, and beyond. We continue to be dedicated to serving children, youth, adults, and families through the arts, recreation, nature, wonder, and life-long learning. Find out more by reading our summer newsletter!

WonderArts KaitLocated in the heart of Vermont's beautiful Northeast Kingdom, WonderArts is a multi-generational, community-based nonprofit that cultivates creativity, collaboration, and conversation through the arts, recreation, and innovative programming. We envision a vibrant and sustainable community that is supportive of the arts, education, and culture. An integrated and multi-generational community that is welcoming to families and kids and where elders are able to age with dignity. A community that has a strong sense of place and is active with varied outlets for recreation. And we envision a community that is civically engaged with opportunities for sustainable jobs and economic development.  Explore our web site and learn more!

Community Greenspace 2.0

WonderArts maintains a parcel of land at 321 South Craftsbury Road in Craftsbury Village. The donated property was transformed in 2016 by removing the distressed buildings and creating a lovely natural area for public use, complete with an amphitheater, observation deck, performance stage, and stone labyrinth. The 321 Greenspace is a hub of community activity, recreation, and environmental appreciation.

More than 150 people of all ages have already already donated their time, money, materials, or sheer might to this ever evolving community greenspace. New projects are constantly underway. Please click the Community Greenspace link to learn how you can pitch in too or share in the community created at the 321 Greenspace!
